This spirit defined Enception’23 – Inception of Innovation, the annual fest by the Centre for Innovation and Social Enterprise (CISE), Kirori Mal College. The two-day event brought together changemakers, entrepreneurs, and thought leaders to explore the power of innovation in shaping a better tomorrow.
The celebrations began with inspiring addresses from Mr. Satish Jha, Dr. Rajeev Gupta, and Prof. Ram Singh, setting the tone for a journey of ideas and impact. A proud milestone was marked with the launch of CISE’s first magazine, Persona—a reflection of student voices, social insights, and innovation narratives.
A dynamic panel discussion on startups followed, featuring voices like Dr. Praveen Pachauri, Mr. Nitesh Singh, and Ms. Kriti Singhal, who shared entrepreneurial journeys grounded in purpose and resilience.

From thought to action, the day unfolded into an engaging panel discussion—“All About Startups”—featuring trailblazers like Dr. Praveen Pachauri, Mr. Nitesh Singh, Robin Hood Army representatives, Ms. Kriti Singhal, and Mr. Shiv Shankar Goel. They shared powerful insights, from startup struggles to community-driven success stories, creating an environment of collaboration, inspiration, and dialogue.
